Stretching Out For Fall Sports

Our patients at Ribley Family Chiropractic range from the ages of new born to senior citizen. Many people have the misconception that chiropractic care and massage therapy are only rehabilitation techniques. While that is partially true, we also believe in preventative care.
The high schools in Woodstock, GA are getting ready for their fall sports practices and seasons already. Whether you are younger or older, many athletes forget to take the correct measures to prevent injuries before practice or competing. After all, it is much easier to prevent an injury, than go through rehabilitation!
